• ROUNZ optician creates your glasses based on your prescription.
• You will get RSL(ROUNZ Standard Lens) 1.60 high-index ASP lenses.
• The lens production time takes 2-3 business days.
• UV and blue light blocking features are included as default.

Non-prescription lens:

• If no vision correction is needed, non-prescription lenses are used.
• The lens production time takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping information:

• Shipping cost: Free worldwide shipping on all products.
• Delivery time: Lens processing takes 2-3 business days, and delivery through Postal service EMS takes approximately 5 business days.

Exchange/Return Information:

Products with both non-prescription and prescription lenses are custom made. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are damaged or broken.

After-sales service information:

• Only products purchased from ROUNZ can be serviced.
• If the product is defective within one year, it will be serviced at no cost. In cases of product discontinuation or difficulty obtaining parts, service may not be possible.
• If the customer's negligence caused the need for after-sales service, there will be a cost for the service. Service may not be possible in cases of product discontinuation or difficulty obtaining parts.
